You know how it goes, as soon as it starts getting colder out people decide they want to stay inside for a majority of the season. And with the winter coming in faster than we expected, spending time inside sounds like a better option than the latter.
But as we all know, in corporate, individuals spend a majority of their time sitting at a desk, staring at a screen. This is done for 8 or more hours in a day to create even more of a lack of energy and motivation when they get home to do anything besides sit on the couch and watch TV or go on social media.
DASHA® understands how much you care about your employees health and wellness needs. This is why now would be a great time to take advantage of DASHA® Corporate Wellness Packages for your team!
DASHA® has partnered with over 100s of corporations for more than a decade, building an amazing reputation in the process for what we do. We can customize health, wellness and lifestyle programs for any size company within the Tri-state area. DASHA® partners up with your HR department or benefits team to personalize a DASHA® Corporate Wellness Program that fits your employees needs while working within your company’s benefits plan.
With these customizations also comes opportunity for Corporate Wellness Events, where we will host a health, wellness, lifestyle, and/or spa service for your employees to renew and re-energize themselves into a healthier and happier version of their current selves.
One of these events that you may think about choosing is chiropractic care. Here at DASHA® we think it is crucial to live a healthy lifestyle and love to educate on doing so while also focusing on preventative measures to take and alleviate pain that has already developed. The Chiropractic Team, which can also be called “independent client providers”, focus on relieving stress and pain through a noninvasive technique that realigns the body back to its original state. The “independent client providers” will go through what is called the DASHA® Strategy. This strategy consists of three important steps.
Step 1: The employee will describe their pain/sickness providing the types of symptoms they are experiencing. This will help the “independent client provider” better understand how to treat them
Step 2: “Independent client provider” will perform a physical evaluation on the employee to determine where they may be experiencing pain or an imbalance. This will help develop the treatment plan.
Step 3: Lastly, the “independent client provider” will provide all information based on the personal and physical evaluation to diagnose and cure the employee.
Some commonly treated areas of the body that may be helped with chiropractic care are: arm pain, asthma, ADHD, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, dizziness, stress, leg pain and hip pain, ringing in ears, balance and overall pain.
