DASHA®’s team works consistently with runners of all ages and experiences levels, from marathon runners and triathletes to those who simply want to build endurance levels or lose weight


Running programs at DASHA® are taken to the next level by utilizing some of our state-of-the-art technology like Peak VO2 Max Testing, and runs on the revolutionary T7xe Virtual Treadmill by Matrix.

Each runner who trains at DASHA® receives complimentary Stretching sessions. Athletic Massage Therapy is also available to loosen the muscles and maximize benefits for the runner in training.

DASHA®’s coaches use the latest technology, like VO2 Max Testing, for a scientific and highly personalized approach to your training.

Injury prevention is a major focus of all running coaching at DASHA®.
