Our Athletic Training

Intended for athletes, and those who train like athletes, this package helps those wishing to enhance speed and performance in individual sports and to reach their ultimate level of fitness.

Using Peak VO2 Testing results from our Cardio Coach Plus technology, our Personal Trainers design customized exercise programs that take into account each individual’s level of endurance and fitness goals.

Each training session consists of a 50-minute intensive workout in which athletes should expect to be pushed to their peak potential. The package also includes DASHA® Stretching sessions and a complimentary meeting with a nutritionist to establish eating habits necessary for an athlete in rigorous training.
