Our Athletic Training Package is intended for athletes, and those who train like athletes. This package helps those who look to enhance speed and performance with individual sports and those who look to reach their ultimate level of fitness!
Our Personal Trainers will custom design exercise programs that take into account each individual’s level of endurance and fitness goals.
Each training session consists of a 50-minute intensive workout in which athletes should expect to be pushed to their peak potential. The package also includes DASHA® Stretching sessions.
