TELEHEALTH Virtual Visit is similar to an in-office visit, only instead of traveling to see your doctor, you can video conference with them from your home. Your provider(s) can assess symptoms, make a diagnosis, recommend treatment, and share exercises with you.

How secure is a TELEHEALTH Virtual Visit? DASHA® protects your privacy by using a HIPAA COMPLIANT COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM with a HIPAA-compliant Zoom-based video conferencing platform suited for telemedicine, teletherapy sessions and group video conferencing for classes. The secure video includes an online patient waiting room—you cannot be admitted to your appointment without your provider’s authorization.

How does it work? The process is simple. You schedule, We confirm, and Your doctor will call you.

What if I want to see my provider in-person? A TELEHEALTH visit with your doctor(s) is designed to address and treat all of your health concerns, to the fullest extent possible, via video conferencing. Should you wish to see your provider in-person, the DASHA Flagship location is open Monday through Friday, 11am to 3pm, for in-office visits by appointment only. Will my insurance cover a Virtual Visit Insurance carriers have temporarily expanded their TELEHEALTH coverage in response to COVID-19. During this time, you can receive evaluation and management services through Telehealth visits. DASHA® is waiving all co-pays for TELEHEALTH Virtual Visits. We will not be collecting copayment at the time of service, but we will follow your insurance carrier’s explanation of benefits regarding billing.

Can I pay out of pocket for a Virtual Visit?  Absolutely, TELEHEALTH visits can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. The DASHA® concierge team is happy to provide further information regarding single and package sessions!
