We know that the mind is a powerful tool! Everything starts there, even that yucky doubt within ourselves or the fear that we create for no apparent reason.
It’s easy to sometimes let your imagination fool you and make you second guess, which then ends up in you holding yourself back. Believe me, I’ve been there, done that as well. But, what I learned is that only you know what’s good for you and what’s not!
It’s as simple as 1,2,3… Sounds cheesy but it’s TRUE! No matter what your thoughts may be holding you back from, here are a few of my motivational tips that will set you straight on a clear path, thinking positive and staying motivated!
- Set up some Daily Inspiration, for yourself. It’s okay to start small, I actually highly recommend that. Reason being if you can conquer just one-day (baby stepping it) you are most likely going into day two with a smile
- Next, The Plan. Ooh’ I love a GOOD plan in place because it allows me to have a clearer perception of what I WANT and what I NEED.
- Lastly, Determination 💪 You have to decide undeniably that you want your body and mental well-being is more important than what’s in the moment.
- And of course think Future 🙌
