Today’s she-nan-igans They say exercising reduces stress. Hmm’ could this be true? Exercise reduces your stress level? I mean, “I certainly think so!” However, here’s the battle.. tons of people (YOU know who you are!!) seem to make the biggest excuses as to why they can’t exercise. It’s TRUE there’s an easy antidote to HELP manage your daily stress. It’s all-natural, extremely effective and definitely cost-efficient!

You can do it in any city, or state. It’s so important for you to manage your stress appropriately, otherwise you will be completely out of balance, aka “bitchy.” Yep, I’m talking about EXERCISE! Exercise has been shown in countless studies to effectively treat stress, depression, anxiety and even boost your immune system.  Exercise is one of the best worldwide remedies out there. My point is, if you are not making it a part of your daily routine, you really SUCK!

Do these excuses below sound like anything you’ve heard before?

“I Don’t Have Enough Time”– This is complete BS, are you the president of the US?

“I Have Bad Knees”– If you really think so then you should start Physical Therapy immediately

“It’s Really Really Boring” -Get a great mix of your fav artists and DJs

“I’m So Embarrassed”– start slow by walking outside, increasing your speed and duration over time. The longer and faster you can walk…the more confident you will feel!!!

So today was a complete BUST! Aside from my lunch. I had a work-related stressor just yesterday, plus an argument with my partner, and if that wasn’t enough my kids were fighting over SLIME! Who’s the “moron” that created that crap?  I am so thankful that my body is so conditioned from all the exercise I have been doing, because I don’t think I would have handled it as well as I did, if I didn’t exercise!   An overload of stress in your body causes it to reacts and attack your body internally (cardiovascular, nervous  respiratory, and muscular systems).  Exercise releases endorphins that give you an all-natural high…which will no doubt, help you to better deal with sr

Favorite Thing My lunch today was super yummy! Zucchini Noodles on top of Kale with mixed raw veggies! I was not feeling chicken, so I subbed out for shrimp instead which was perfect for my quick and healthy lunch!

Question: Do you agree that exercise reduces stress?
