What to Expect: Are you all about cardio workouts that feel like a non-stop party, yet make your whole body sore the next day? Then you have to check out 305 Fitness.

The hip hop dance-based class (don’t worry – the moves are easy to follow) is more challenging and fun than Zumba and you’ll be moving for the full 55 minutes. In addition to cardio, a portion of the class is spent toning a specific body part (abs, butt, arms or legs) using weights, gliders or body bars.

The instructors are constantly motivating you to push yourself and the Miami club-inspired beats courtesy of a live DJ are a huge bonus. Overall, it’s a great burn for your buck!
