What is a TELEHEALTH Virtual Visit?
A TELEHEALTH Virtual Visit is similar to an office visit, only instead of traveling to see your doctor you can video conference with them from your home. The provider(s) can assess symptoms, make a diagnosis, recommend treatment, and share exercises with you to help you progress forward with treatment.

How secure is a TELEHEALTH Virtual Visit?
At DASHA® , protecting our client/patients PHI is first and foremost. We use a HIPAA COMPLIANT COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM with HIPAA-compliant Zoom-based video conferencing platform suited for telemedicine, teletherapy sessions and group video conferencing for classes.

What if I want to see my provider in-person?
We are taking every precaution to keep the DASHA ® patients safe in this shifting environment. The purpose of TELEHEALTH visits with your doctor(s) is to address and treat all concerns that we can through video conferencing. However, if you are in pain or need immediate assistance with a DASHA® “independent client provider” please contact us immediately.
Will my insurance cover a Virtual Visit?
Commercial Insurance carriers have temporarily expanded their TELEHEATH coverage to respond to the current Public Health Emergency. During this time, you will be able to receive evaluation and management services through Telehealth visits (re-eval office visits). DASHA ® is waiving all co-pays for TELEHEATH Virtual Visits. Therefore, we will not be collecting copayment at the time of service but will follow your insurance carrier’s explanation of benefits regarding billing.
Can I pay Out of Pocket for a Virtual Visit?
Absolutely, ALL TELEHEALTH visits can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. The DASHA® concierge team is happy to assist with further information regarding single and/or multiple sessions!
