Feeling tense or sore in your muscles? This could be from your latest exercise experience. Stretching can help continue your muscle growth and help heal the body after putting pressure on it though exercise. It keeps your muscles flexible, healthy, and keeps your range of motion in the joints. Without continuous stretching, your joints may become weak and your muscles are more prone to injury.

Here are a few key tips to remember when you’re stretching:

* Stretch for at least for 10 minutes per day

* Hold each stretch for 10-20 seconds

* Stay away from bouncing while stretching

* Finish workouts with a stretch
