Today’s Sha-nan-igans It’s 7:15 am and I’m getting ready to run 13.1 miles! I just scooped up an old friend from childhood and now we are in downtown Brooklyn. I just wanted to say “THANK -YOU” to all my friends & family who helped coach me along the way! On the days I thought f*** this, you pushed me that extra mile! The United Airlines NYC Half will take runners from around the city and the globe on a 13.1-mile tour of NYC.
