What to Expect: If you want to try a new workout that’s trendy without being a “scene”, this is the perfect class for you. Flex Studios offers three types of classes that can seriously change your body: Flex Pilates, Flex Barre and Flex TRX.
Pilates is the studio’s signature class and is taught on FLEXformers, a customized hybrid of a reformer machine and a pilates chair. These machines let you do a variety of exercises that focus on core strength and conditioning muscles you never knew you had.
If you’re a first-timer, make sure you inform the instructor at the beginning of class. They’ll show you how to use the equipment and adjust your form during class. And even if you’re a veteran, you’ll receive individual attention because there are only 12 students in each class.
The Space & Vibe Clean environment set up just as you expect a pilates studio would look like. This is definitely more of a female vibe which seems to be getting tons of attraction lately.
