Today’s Sha-nan-igans I love my Saturdays, I really do. It’s the one day of the week that I spend a few hours alone and anyone who really knows me, understands how much I love Me Time! I have made my schedule to work around my lifestyle (of course keeping the kids in mind.) Saturdays gives me a chance to regroup and reconnect my mind body & soul. From 9-2pm I make sure all my personal wellness and lifestyle services are taken care of.  My Saturday schedule starts with taking a class, then I get my manicure & pedicure, a blowout , writing ,and of course some errands.
