Today’s Sha-nan-igans This morning I had a pretty tough run, probably because the night before I was up writing until about 1am. During the day I work full time so my writing opportunity usually happens after the kids go to bed. But when you have to get the kids up and ready, take them to school and then make an 8:30 class you need to be ready to go! I knew that at some point I’d be feeling sluggish later on in the day.

Typically I eat 3 meals day and have at least 3 healthy snacks until dinner to help keep me fueled up. But today was different, I just had no time to spare and I am on a tight schedule. My body was craving that mid morning snack and next thing you know I was sitting in the W position practically hanging off my seat! It was time for me to refuel! I LOVE my Smoothies, especially  the (Green Model Smoothie) from Juicy Cube. ” Today, I really needed an extra boost to keep my energy level UP!”
