Today’s SHA-NANIGAN®️s  Last Night, I set my alarm for  7:15am and by 7:3o I was already at the ESPA Gym, in the Bahamas getting my sweat on. It’s funny to me how the gym is typically empty when I go on vacation. I know, I know it’s crazy that I notice this type of behavior but when you see people hanging out at the beach complaining about their weight and hoofing down a tray of wings, you simply wonder why they not working just as hard next to you on the treadmill.

Question Is the gym for the dedicated only?
