Training Download: Shorter than usual but I ran 3 miles on the treadmill + 10 min Kick A** Abs Routine
Daily SHA-NANIGAN®️s So here I am wondering “How the hell am I going to get my training on South Beach, Miami with my two kids!” I am just so used to my kaotic routine of dropping the kids off to school in the am, hustling to gym, taking a quick hot shower and then off I go to work. But what the hell the 80 degree temp with sunshine outweighs the rain and cold!
Day 1 Rather than me blowing off the next 5 days of training, I decided to switch up my regular routine. For g-d sakes we all know I am motivated! I am RUNNING 3 half marathons in 4 months! It’s 8:15 a.m and both my kids are still sleeping, so now is the perfect time to pull out their swimsuits and leave them a little note just like Santa! This gives me enough time to get a little something in!
“Meet me downstairs for breakfast at 9:30 a.m sharp!, Xx Mommy”
