Today’s Sha-nan-igans Commit to something, anything and you will see you can kick a whole lot of a_ _! You know when you’ve mastered something and you want to do even better, well that’s where I am right now. Today, I completed a double HIIT class! I know it sounds kinda crazy, but I have good reason behind me. I am calculating my training days a bit different this time since the Woman’s Shape Half Marathon is less than 4 weeks away. This means I need to get my runs in and my strength up! My goal is to do under 2 hrs this time around.
