What’s standing in the way of you living your “best life?” Of course your probably thinking your relationships, saying things like “If I didn’t get married just out of college or why did I wait until I was 30 something.” Maybe your financial status or your career is holding you back or possibly you have just had a bumpy rode for the past few years. Regardless of what the issue is, something is stopping you from “Being Your Best Self.”

When I first started DASHA® in 2008, the goal was to combine lifestyle and wellness services to New Yorkers giving them the opportunity to use services all under one roof. The idea of making things easier for someone who has a busy corporate life or even just the daily nuances and helping them achieve their personal goals was ideal. But after a decade, I now realize that some people just don’t know how to do it on their own. Some people need to have their hand held the entire way and others don’t even want you to guide them along the way.

My advice is whatever works for you! For ME it’s simple. I share this with you because I am a realest. I’ve had many hi’s & lows, ups & downs, involved in a family business, tremendous loss & trauma and I still hit “success.” it’s not always about having the extra cash flow or the second home that makes one successful. It’s about expecting nothing and excepting what comes your way.

Tomorrow is a new day. So wake up in the morning with a different outlook and try something new, for YOU!  Having these four things on your side is all you need to get started.

I believe you have the power to do anything, but it’s up to you to want to get it!
