LIFE may throw you some curveballs!

But the way I see it, we have a two choices we can make

1. Go for It
2. Take a seat

For G-d Sakes
It’s all about taking control of your own life! That’s what happens when you go after the curve ball. You are the decision maker! You are the one in charge!

Imagine this scenario…You start to recognize that you’ve made many decisions in your life, and now for some reason everything seems to be crashing down on you, all at the same time! Let me reassure you, “This didn’t just happen over night.”

You were not prepared for this to happen and now you sit and question yourself as to why you even attempted to make change. You’ve put so much sweat equity and passion into building your “world” and now realize that the foundation is not as strong as you thought.

After you self sabotage a bit, and dwindle to the floor you get this burst of energy and say “I’ve got this and now I’m ready to make some changes.”

You start to think again and suddenly you realize you actually have a hard time with separation. You say to yourself doesn’t that separation stuff occurs when you are an toddler ? Then next you know you are on the cell with your mom and dad bitching that your life is an absolute S_ _ _ show because of them. Stop blaming people!

You are now at another Crossroads in your life but this time you are faced with other types of decisions to make. And yes change really SUCKS and that’s putting it nicely!

We resist it.
We procrastinate.
We put it off.

*We do whatever we can to avoid facing the music.” This is how we are hard wired. Most people have poor coping skills. The crazy part is, all you have to do is flip that switch. That’s how quick and easy the action of change is.

Remember you must be ready!
Think back to your first job interview, or when your partner proposed. All the energy you put into making sure things were planned out. You want to say yes or accept the offer but once you do you then panic!

Look some people might suggest stay with what just works partially because they are afraid you will be judged by family, friends and peers. But that’s half the people right? The other half get it and say that if you are not 100 % then make the change.

All we want is happiness! All we want is too feel fuller, be richer, maybe poorer, happier, complete and definitely humble. It’s just the process of getting there that we dislike.

Here’s A Tip
You need to reconnect with your soul, believe in yourself and take in some real #METime because you are going to burn yourself out. Throw away the visible things that can cause more harm or addiction. Take control, Be in charge of you & Your life and let’s not forget your well-being. The rest will fall then fall into place.
