I Know Just What You Are Craving
You might be saying what the f*uck is she talking about now? What else could be on my mind besides massage, fitness, wellness, #DASHAlifestyle. Ladies, it’s Mid October and for us mama’s it means we are knee deep with school donations, holiday celebrations and making sure our kids are not wearing floods before the winter kicks in!
As a mom we take on HUGE responsibilities, and with that comes less time for “ourselves.” I mean the men certainly contribute to the household, but when it comes to the daily wear and tear us ladies are the ones that run ragged!
You don’t see men dying over the fact that they skipped their color appointment or need a manicure. They simply just want to be fed, hide in the bathroom for about an hour and watch the game.
Well here’s the deal! As a mom we take on multiple roles such as being the Bestie, CEO, Chauffuer, Chef, Story Teller, Queen Bee and of course Wonder Woman! If that’s not enough to say you deserve “ME Time” than I don’t know what is???
I have chosen to put my best foot forward and that means making more commitments to better”Myself.” Yes, I want to be a better mom, however I really want to feel good! Not sure how to get there? It’s all in the mindset. Take those organization skills and set yourself straight! Make the decision to carve out some “ME Time” for the gym, massage, a blowout or some shopping therapy.
Why wait until Dec 25th to give yourself a lil something? “ME Time” should be celebrated all the time!
