Re-strengthen your core and get back to your original figure! We offer several packages for new moms during and after pregnancy. Begin the process of reuniting body and mind with a core specific training or Pilates session followed by a massage geared towards the support and maintenance of muscular integrity in the abdomen, hip complex, and diaphragm. Our personal trainers are specifically educated in safe and effective pre/postnatal exercise practices. All packages include a meeting with Dasha’s nutritionist so ensure that mommy and baby are getting the proper foods to keep them healthy and strong.
