If you are working out on the gym floor please bring sneakers and proper work out clothes. For treatment, looser garments may be suggested.

Yes! Dasha Wellness welcomes group celebrations. We frequently have special events in our East 57th St. location. Guest Speakers, Kickoff events, Endurance events, Bridal Showers, Health & Motivational Talks, Birthday gatherings and more. Yes! Dasha Wellness Gift Cards / Certificates are now available online, in house, or by phone with Client Services 212.755.5500. Give the gift of wellness!
We happily accept credit card orders over the phone and will ship your gift cards to the purchaser, gift recipient or you may pick them up when you visit us next!
Please feel free to visit or call us so our Client Services Department may assist you in creating the ideal gift of a relaxing day at Dasha. Please Note: Gift certificates expire one year after issued and gratuity is not included unless asked to be applied.
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled table time to inform therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and medications. Late arrivals will be charged for the entire session and granted the remainder of the session.
Cancellations:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Any cancellations made after this period will be changed a $25.00 fee.
Personal Belongings:
Lockers are available for all clients of Dasha Wellness. Please leave valuables at home and keep your personal items with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost items left in robes, rooms, or lockers.
Cell Phones:
Please help us maintain the serenity of Dasha Wellness by silencing all electronic devices.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is accepted in cash only and is based on satisfaction. It is customary to leave 15%-20% (of the full price) for good service. Gratuity may not be added to gift certificates.
If Dasha Wellness does not accept your insurance, We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express or Cash for payment of services. (We do not accept personal or business checks). All insurance checks should be dropped off directly to our billling department. After billing hours, please leave the insurance checks with the front desk/ concierge on duty in an envelope. We will be happy to make copies at the time for your records.
Dasha Wellness accepts insurance assignments on your behalf in handling payment for the care you receive for our services. Dasha Wellness will verify your insurance plan then explain and inform you of your benefits prior to your initial visit. To ensure that your insurance company pays for the care you receive here, it is important that you adhere to the recommended care program.
Our office recommends that you fill out the proper paperwork prior to any office treatment or service. It is your responsibility to fully participate in decisions involving your own health care and to accept the consequences of your decisions if complications occur. You are expected to follow-up on your physician's instructions to do any instructed exercises and take medication when prescribed.

Dasha Wellness™ invites both male and female clients/patients to our sanctuary.
Note: Age 16-18 must have a release form signed by your parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of 16 a legal guardian must sign and accompany you to a session or treatment.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of our services.
While tipping is of course optional, for a great wellness experience it is exceptional to tip 15-20% the cost of the price of the treatment. You will find envelopes at Client Services or you may hand it directly to your therapist.
Dasha services should be booked at your departure. It is our pleasure to accept your appointments up to two weeks in advance at your requested time if it is available. Please note that appointments are confirmed individually.
Call 212.755.5500 and select option #3 for insurance and billing. You will then be transferred to the Dasha Wellness billing department. A friendly voice will assist you. If you would like to discuss a billing question, our billing department is open Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If it is after hours please contact 212.755.5500, option 1, and someone will assist you accordingly. Also, please notify us if any changes have occurred such as: Any new health issue, insurance plan, credit card on file, relocation, new employment, new email, etc.

AETNA, CIGNA, EMPIRE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, UNITED HEALTH CARE, MAGNACARE, OXFORD FREEDOM, and many others
Please note that each insurance plan covers a different amount of visits.
