Co-founder and Medical Director of the exclusive Lifestyle & Wellness Center, DASHA WELLNESS, Dr. Darren Pollack is a board-certified chiropractic physician with over a dozen years of clinical experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation therapy. Dr. Pollack has direct contact with all patients/clients in coordination of Management Plans administered. He has a broad range of training and expertise that includes Active Release Technique, Chiropractic, Graston Technique, and Sports Medicine.

Drawing on his vast professional expertise, Dr. Pollack being a 6x marathon runner and over 50 half marathoner created the Dasha Wellness 360 Running Team, aka D360. Dr. Darren Pollack is husband to Shannon Pollack since 2003. Together they have 2 beautiful children and he is father to Cooper Sean, 6 years old and Summer Jewel, 3 years old. Dr. Darren Pollack has a mantra of 'The Further You Go, The Closer You Get.' This translates to never give up and always try hard and work hard, because actions yield results. Therefore, it is his belief with wife Shannon, that if you are fortunate enough to walk through the doors of Dasha Wellness, then you will be fortunate enough to let Dr. Pollack and his whole staff become your Advocates to Health.
Dr. Pollack’s vision of a one-stop shop lifestyle center in NYC has emerged as Dasha Wellness. Dasha Wellness has uniquely merged the paths of medical wellbeing with custom-tailored health and fitness regimens including: Pilates, physical therapy and personal training as well as skincare and body treatments.
After tremendous research and dedication, Dr. Pollack believes “Using cutting edge technology such as Physio Red, Spine Force, Shock Wave Therapy and Spinal Decompression Therapy, combined with the practice of soft tissue protocols” he can enhance the overall well being and lifestyle of his patients. It is his highest level of care to individualize each persons plan accordingly to capture the proper balance of services rendered. Dasha Wellness is based on a 360 degree concept developed by Dr. Da and Sha Pollack that everyone who walks through our door has their own specified needs. We value all relationships equally and we use several modalities to arrive at the best solution for the wellness of each individual.

I am SHA, Co-Founder of DASHA WELLNESS, New York City’s Premier Lifestyle & Wellness center. Located in the prestigious Galleria, DASHA WELLNESS is the culmination of my vision to create long-term healthy lifestyles for the hectic lives of New Yorkers. DASHA was meticulously designed to accommodate our exclusive 360 degree concept while providing our patients & clients with a beautiful sanctuary in the city. At DASHA, we can teach you how to properly D-stress, Achieve, and Reinvent yourself.
I have combined my experience as an active mother of two and a savvy entrepreneur into my role as the Director of Operations and Marketing at DASHA WELLNESS. During the week I am a Full-Time New York networker, multitasking and doing it all with fabulous heels on! However the minute I step in my home and my little ones run to me I get right back into mommy mode! I am simply inspired! With over 12 years of experience upholding my family business of sales, I jumped on the opportunity to motivate and inspire other people with my business know-how on a daily basis!
With a natural knack for sales, and genuinely enthusiastic outlook about living a positive, healthy lifestyle, I have committed to achieving a multidisciplinary medical spa where a community of people will achieve goals and naturally develop. I am passionate about helping every client reach their Personal Lifestyle goals. DASHA WELLNESS is a defined partnership with my 3 true loves; Dr. Darren Pollack DC, son Cooper, and daughter Summer. Dr. Darren (aka-DA) over the course of the years has seen a tremendous transformation in the healthcare industry. His extensive expertise and supportive bedside manner is crucial in the medical field. Dr. Darren’s wellness approach was the development of integrating the finest technology & wellness services to DASHA WELLNESS.
