RUN RUN RUN! NJ Marathon!

First and foremost, the team at Dasha Wellness would like to congratulate Dr. Darren Pollack on a time of 1:33 for the NYC half marathon! This was Dr. Pollack’s second best time for a half marathon! Now he is on to the next, the New Jersey Marathon http://bit.ly/dr163P.

After a well deserved vacation with his wife and children, Darren’s regimen this week has additional mileage to pick up the slack of his week of only running one day! shhhh =)

Monday - 45 minute run
Tuesday - 18 miles
Wednesday - Circuit Training 45mins
Thursday -  75mins
Friday -  off
Saturday -  60mins
Sunday - 21 miles
Monday -  Circuit Training 40mins

Dr. Pollack will need to have a time of 3:15 to qualify for the Boston marathon. This is his last time to qualify at this challenging time because soon he will be the big 4-0 and the race qualification time will be 3:20! The team at Dasha can’t wait to cheer him on!
