Athletic Training Program
Our Athletic Program is intended for athletes and those who train like athletes who wish to enhance speed and performance in individual sports and to reach their ultimate level of fitness. Using VO2 Test results from our Cardio Coach Plus technology, our trainers design customized exercise programs that take into account each individual’s level of endurance and fitness goals. Each training session consists of a 50 minute intensive workout in which athletes should expect to be pushed to their peak potential. The program also includes Dasha Stretching Sessions and a meeting with Dasha’s nutritionist to establish eating habits necessary for an athlete in rigorous training. Programs are available in 1 month increments.
